What are the hall dimensions?

Upper Hall Gymnasium: 30’L x 20’W

Stage: 20’L x 12’D

Upper Galley Kitchen: 16’L x 7’D

Serving Area: 25’L x 17’D

Lower Main Hall: 47’D x 39’W

Games Area: 41’L x 26.6’W

How many can sit down to eat?

We have 32 30” x8’ banquet tables.

Each table can hold 8 people (formal dining)

or 10 people (informal dining).

Is the hall wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both levels have wheelchair access by ramp, and accessible washrooms on both levels

Yes! You must obtain a  liquor license, engage a licensed server,

and provide documentation to the WCC booking agent.

No, unfortunately.

Can I serve alcohol?

Do you have stage lighting, sound equipment, or a projector?

Is there WIFI?

Yes, their is wifi available for use. Cell coverage is great here too.

What is the parking situation like? Can we camp in your parking lot?

We have a large parking area out front of the building, and additional parking can be discussed if needed.

Sorry, we are not able to accommodate overnight camping.

What supplies does the Hall supply with my rental?

Both the upper and lower halls have their own tables & chairs.

The upper hall has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave.

There's also an easel for presentations, some sports equipment, and cleaning supplies.

If there's something specific you need, please ask.

Are the grounds maintained?

Yes, we have the park mowed in the summer, and the parking lot plowed and salted as needed in the winter.

What types of payment do you accept?

We can accept, cash, cheque or e-transfers.

Do I have to clean the hall after my event?

Yes, please leave the Hall as clean as when you arrived. Allow enough time for a pre-inspection prior to receiving keys, and a post-inspection at the end of the rental period. (Refer to the rental agreement for responsibilities as a renter). If you are unable to do so, please discuss this with the booking agent when booking your time.
