UPPER HALL
The upper hall (75 x 48') is a wonderful area for sports, weddings, concerts, reunions, and parties.
There is a gym/dance floor, stage, kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and microwave, and roomy accessible washrooms.
Capacity: 220 people
LOWER HALL
The lower hall is a versatile area for any type of event,
from meetings, birthday parties, pub nights,
coffee houses or potlucks.
Capacity: 170 people
KITCHEN
Our commercial kitchen is perfect for yours or your caterer's needs. We provide a 6-burner gas stove and flat-top, 2 fridges, a small freezer, and a wash station with sanitizer that comes complete with all of the cooking and prep tools you need. We offer dishware for up to 250 people.

ART CENTRE
Our Art Centre is one of the best-kept secrets around! Located behind the main hall, it is appropriate for small groups looking for a place to create. We suggest no more than 25 people. It is available April through October.

We book one group in the hall at one time, due to the noise transference from upstairs to downstairs.
Rentals are on a first-come, first serve basis. Your rental and deposit reserve your spot, and must be paid in full before your rental.

Rental Agreement for One Time Events
You are required to stay within your rented space. If you need to use another part of the building, please make sure you book it all. You must follow the clean-up rules posted by the exit doors to ensure the building is left in the same condition you found it.
Please note: Upstairs, the stage is off-limits to all groups unless it is specifically booked, though you may store the pickleball net up there if it is in the way of your rental. Inflatables and bouncy castles are not allowed inside the hall due to insurance infractions. They are permitted outside with temporary anchors at renters own risk.
Downstairs, the piano and the recreational games are off-limits unless you ask for access to those items and we will provide you with keys and access to the supplies.

Rental Agreement for All Sports Groups
All sports are $25/hour (2 hour minimum) and the damage deposit is equal to one session. For example, if you book 3 Monday evenings for 4 hours each, your cost would be $100 for each session ($300) plus $100 damage deposit, for a total of $400
This includes usage of the gymnasium, the equipment, the kitchenette, and the washrooms upstairs. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle and a microwave. There is no cutlery or dishes, nor is there a hot plate or any other cookware.
The stage is off-limits to all sports groups unless it is specifically booked, though you may store the pickleball net up there if it is in the way of your session.
